Cresmere Place – West Ormond Place Civic Association – A great place to call home! Cresmere Place and West Ormond Place were originally developed in the 1930s. It consists of the 2000 blocks of Milford Street, Banks Street, and North Boulevard. Cresmere and West Ormond are within the larger Boulevard Oaks neighborhood.
